If the period of 24 hours have passed from the time after the account is handed over to you, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund .

2. Not Eligible for  refund

You will be unable to get your refund by the following reasons:

Tiktok Accounts : 

* If a TikTok account, changed account status, uploading videos or verified account by using your details , money or account cannot be refunded for any reason.

YouTube Channels :

* If you bought a YouTube channel, if you have uploaded a video to the channel or made changes to the account by changing adsence etc., you cannot ask for any kind of money back.

Facebook Accounts :

* After changing the status of facebok account also you can't claim any kind of money or account again.

Instagram Accounts :

* After changing the status of Instagram account also you can't claim any kind of money or account again.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1.Contact Us:  Reach out to our support team at [Your Email Address] within 24 hours after the account is handed over to you. Include your order number and a description of your issue.

2.Provide Necessary Information: Be prepared to provide any additional information we may need to process your request, including screenshots or other documentation.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

Exchange or Return

1.After the account is handed over to you, check the account within 24 hours without making any changes.

2.Please note that no exchange another account or refund money will be made after account changes have been made or upload videos.
